CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-13 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DORMAN ROAD HANDICAP RAMPS, PROJECT NO. <br /> 85-16, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br /> CUNNINGHAM & SONS, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Cunningham & Sons, Inc. on the Dorman Road <br /> handicap ramps, Project No. 85-16, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed and the contractor paid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Dorman Road handicap ramps is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or $1,122.00 <br /> will be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None F ~K~C-BRANDES~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: , .. <br /> , ., <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Ma6Donaid,'Cit~'~orney <br /> <br /> <br />
