CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING VAN RAINEY TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> MONITORING COMMITTEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Sharrell Michelotti, a vacancy <br /> has occurred on the Environmental Monitoring Committee; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1986, the City Council <br /> considered the applications and evaluated the <br /> qualifications of various individuals who are interested <br /> in serving on the Environmental Monitoring Committee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: .It is the decision of the City Council to appoint Van <br /> Rainey as a member of the Environmental Monitoring <br /> Committee to fill the vacancy left by Sharrell <br /> Michelotti. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F ES JR MAYOR <br />~.
