7. Lands Not Yet Annexed. A portion of the 0.8 acre parcel <br />recently acquired by BL from the City and County of San Francisco <br />has not yet been annexed to City. City agrees to process and <br />approve plans and construction progress for BL on those portions <br />of BL's project not yet annexed to City. BL agrees to comply <br />with all City standards regarding such improvements and shall <br />accept responsibility for compliance and comply with any and all <br />standards of the County of Alameda. (See Exhibit A) <br /> <br /> 8. Recordation. This Agreement shall be executed by both <br />parties in recordable form and may be recorded by either party in <br />the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. Upon <br />completion of all the transactions described herein, the City <br />will, upon request, execute a recordable instrument to eliminate <br />all portions of this Agreement except the ongoing obligations <br />described in Section 6 hereof, as an exception to title of the <br />project site.
