PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTIONI NO. PC-87-77 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDIPIG APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-16, APPLICATION OF THE CI7.'Y OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton has applied for development plan approval to allow the construction of an eight million gallon water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways and structures, transmission lines, and other related improvements, to be located generally in the area of an approximately four acre site located approximately 1,300 feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and Alisal Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential/Open Space District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-87-16 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed development plan is consistent with the purposes of the PUD District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval Case PUD-87-16, application of the City of Pleasanton for development plan approval to allow the construction of an eight million gallon water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways and structures, transmission lines, and other related improvements, to be located generally in the area of an approximately four acre site located approximately 1,300 feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and Alisal Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
