PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTIONI NO. PC-87-77 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDIPIG APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-16, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CI7.'Y OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton has applied for development plan <br />approval to allow the construction of an eight million <br />gallon water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways <br />and structures, transmission lines, and other related <br />improvements, to be located generally in the area of an <br />approximately four acre site located approximately 1,300 <br />feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and <br />Alisal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential/Open Space <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-87-16 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed <br />development plan is consistent with the purposes of the <br />PUD District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval Case PUD-87-16, application of <br />the City of Pleasanton for development plan approval to <br />allow the construction of an eight million gallon water <br />reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways and <br />structures, transmission lines, and other related <br />improvements, to be located generally in the area of an <br />approximately four acre site located approximately 1,300 <br />feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and <br />Alisal Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A", attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and F,doption. <br />- 1 - <br />
