CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-06 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED <br /> DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT WITH MOZART DEVELOPMENT <br /> COMPANY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Second Amendment to the <br /> Amended Development Deferment Agreement between the City <br /> of Pleasanton and Mozart Development Company, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F~K C.
