PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-96 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING FOR CASE PUD-87-21 WHEREAS, In conjunction with the review of the application of Merle Kral, et al for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a five-parcel, single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 3775 Mohr Avenue the Planning Commission also considered R-1-7500, (Single-family Residential), R-1-8500, R-1-10,000, R-1-20,000, and other zoning districts consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "S" (Study) District; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was recommended for adoption at the Planning Commission's duly noticed public hearing of August 26, 1987; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Denied the application for PUD rezoning and development plan as proposed by the applicant under Case PUD-87-21 (Resolution No. PC-87-96); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential to conform to the General Plan for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends the approximately 1.2 acre site located at 3775 Mohr Avenue be zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District with a maximum of three lots. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
