PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-96 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br />ZONING FOR CASE PUD-87-21 <br />WHEREAS, In conjunction with the review of the application of <br />Merle Kral, et al for Planned Unit Development rezoning <br />and development plan approval for a five-parcel, <br />single-family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 3775 Mohr <br />Avenue the Planning Commission also considered R-1-7500, <br />(Single-family Residential), R-1-8500, R-1-10,000, <br />R-1-20,000, and other zoning districts consistent with <br />the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "S" (Study) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />recommended for adoption at the Planning Commission's <br />duly noticed public hearing of August 26, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Denied the application for PUD <br />rezoning and development plan as proposed by the <br />applicant under Case PUD-87-21 (Resolution No. <br />PC-87-96); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential to conform to <br />the General Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the approximately 1.2 acre site located at <br />3775 Mohr Avenue be zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Medium Density Residential District with a maximum of <br />three lots. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, and Michelotti, <br />NOES: Commissioner Tarver and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 9, 1987 <br />-• 1 - <br />
