Resolution No. PC-87-99 <br />September 23, 1987 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, PUD-87-23 <br />September 23, 1987 <br />1. That the uses for the property shall be those permitted and <br />conditionally permitted uses in the C-S (Service Commercial) <br />District and that for the approximately 9,325 square foot <br />area of the first floor and mezzanine area as shown on the <br />plans on file with the Planning Department, the uses shall <br />also include design profession offices and offices for <br />industries engaged in construction and related trades as <br />permitted uses. <br />2. That the parking agreement for the use of 25 parking spaces <br />on the southerly adjacent parcel shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to zoning <br />certificate approval for any office use defined in Condition <br />No. 1 above. <br />3. That new tenant occupancy for office uses as defined in <br />Condition No. 1 above shall be permitted to the extent that <br />sufficient parking is provided per the agreement referred to <br />in Condition No. 2 above and that all other requirements of <br />the Municipal Code for occupancy are met. <br />- 3 - <br />
