PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-99 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-23, <br />APPLICATION OF MYERS/PLEASANTON COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP <br />WHEREAS, Jim Myers and Pleasanton Commercial Partnerships has <br />applied to rezone an approximately 2.3 acre site from CS <br />(Commercial Service) District to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial Service/Commercial and Office <br />District for the property located at 3687 Old Santa Rita <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 23, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the inclusion of <br />office uses is appropriate for the site with certain <br />restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found PUD - Commercial and <br />Offices District is consistent with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CUMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the zoning for the approximately 2.3 acre <br />site located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road be rezoned from <br />the CS (Commercial Service) to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial and Offices District subject <br />to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 23, 19Et7 <br />- 1 - <br />
