9. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />10. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City <br />prior to approval of the final map at the rate then in effect <br />and for the total number of lots in the final map, unless <br />this requirement has been otherwise satisfied. <br />11. That any existing assessment district, which the property may <br />be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the final <br />map or the developer will cause a segregation to be completed <br />in conjunction with the final map. <br />12. That the developer submit a letter of credit or a refundable <br />cash bond, with no accrual of interest for hazard and erosion <br />control prior to approval of the final map. The amount of <br />this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />(Approximately $100 per lot - $2500 minimum.) <br />13. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple final maps <br />prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved <br />tentative map for this development; provided, however, that <br />each such final map filed shall provide for all normal and <br />reasonable public improvements required by the City to serve <br />that ortion of thls develo ment to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />14. Prior to final project approval, the developer shall provide <br />the following items to the City for base mapping purposes: <br />a. One mylar copy at a scale of 1" = 100' of the site <br />development plan for the project or of the system map <br />shown on the cover sheet of the tract improvement plans. <br />b. One mylar copy of the item described above reduced to a <br />scale of 1" = 250'. <br />The mylars submitted shall contain the following, where <br />applicable: <br />a. Project name(s) <br />b.
