PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-101 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5809, NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP <br />CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, New Life Fellowship Church has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 1.02 acre site located at 3200 Hopyard <br />Road into ten parcels for single-family residential use, <br />ranging in size from approximately 3,280 sq. ft. to <br />7,000 sq. ft.; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 23, <br />1987 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the vested tentative tract map proposed is in <br />conformance with the PUD rezoning and development plan <br />approved by the City Council at their August 18, 1987 <br />meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the vested tentative tract map proposed is in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. approves Tract 5809, application of New Life <br />Fellowship Church to :subdivide an approximately 1.02 <br />acre site located at .200 Hopyard Road into ten parcels <br />for single-family residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 3,280 square feet to 7,000 square feet <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Map Tract 5809 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the vacation of the necessary street <br />right-of-way for the project as shown on the <br />development plans on file with the Planning <br />Department shall be accomplished prior to the <br />recordation of the final map. <br />-• 1 - <br />
