PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-102 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5820, S & S ENTERPRISES <br />WHEREAS, S & S Enterprises has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 11,270 square foot site located at 520 St. <br />John Street into seven units for residential condominium <br />purposes and one parcel under common ownership; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 23, <br />1987 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant a};hibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the vested tentative tract map proposed is in <br />conformance with the RM-1500 zoning and development plan <br />approved by the Design Review Board at their May 13, <br />1987 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the vested tentative tract map proposed is in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. approves Tract 5820, application of S & S <br />Enterprises, Inc. to subdivide an approximately 11,270 <br />square foot site located at 520 St. John Street into <br />seven units for residential condominium purposes and one <br />parcel under common ownership subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Map 5820 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the development is subject to all conditions <br />of approval for case Z-87-180 <br />3. That the developer be aware that the project is <br />exempt from the City's Growth Management Program <br />and that this exemption will lapse if building <br />permits for the project are not secured by December <br />31, 1987; if lapsing occurs, the project will be <br />subject to the allocation process as required under <br />the Program. <br />- 1 - <br />
