CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-05 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF MARGARET SCHILLIZZI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 2, 1985, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Margaret Schillizzi for damages <br /> to her car incurred on November 1, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 1986, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Margaret Schillizzi is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F~NK c.
