Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-15, application of <br />Prudential Insurance Company of America to rezone an <br />approximately 12.4 acre site from PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High <br />Density Residential District adding a reduction of <br />108,000 sq. ft. commercial/office/industrial development <br />to the overall Hacienda PUD, with modification of the <br />Hacienda PUD Design Guidelines to show Lot 24 as "High <br />Density Residential, 216-29 units per acre." <br />Section 3.
