CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-04 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AFFIRMING ANNUAL REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT REGARDING HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the development agreements with <br /> Prudential Insurance Company-of America and Callahan <br /> Pentz Properties, an annual review of the progress of <br /> development of the subject project is required to <br /> confirm compliance with the terms of the agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received the required submittals from both <br /> Prudential and Callahan Pentz Properties which <br /> demonstrate the developers' good faith compliance with <br /> the terms and conditions of the Development Agreements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that the <br /> developers have demonstrated good faith compliance with <br /> their respective Development Agreements for the period <br /> of June 30, 1985 to January 1, 1986. <br /> <br />Section : This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None . <br /> <br />ATTEST: ' . -~ <br /> F '~j ~6R <br /> R~K ~.
