PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-85a <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />DIAMOND PROPERTIES/PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-87-17 <br />WHEREAS, Diamond Properties/Pleasanton School District have <br />applied for development plan approval for a 26 unit <br />single family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the <br />area immediately north of Mission Hills Park; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential/Open Space <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 22, 1987, <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration for Case PUD-87-17 after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the development plan <br />proposed to be consistent with the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton and the purposes of the PUD <br />Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-17, application of <br />Diamond Properties/Pleasanton School District for <br />development plan approval for a 26 unit single family <br />residential development to be located on an <br />approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the <br />area immediately north of Mission Hills Park subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A",attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
