AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made this day of <br /> <br /> , 1985, between the City of Pleasanton, ("City") <br />and Pacific Bell, ("Pacific".) <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City has requested that Pacific rearranges and <br />relocates its existing underground facilities ("Facilities") to <br />accommodate the establishment of City's Assessment District No. <br />82-4 and its planned improvements within Stoneridge Drive in <br />Pleasanton, California, the location of which is more <br />particularly delineated on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City agrees to pay Pacific a flat sum amount <br />to rearrange and relocate its Facilities to accommodate City's <br />improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pacific is willing to rearrange and relocate <br />its Facilities, subject to the following terms and conditions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows: <br />1. Pacific shall furnish all labor, materials and <br />services required to rearrange and relocate its Facilities and <br />shall accomplish the rearrangement and relocation <br />substantially in accordance with Pacific's plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
