PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5812, APPLICATION OF KRISTEN <br />LAMB FOR A SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Lamb has applied to subdivide an approximately <br />4.7 acre site into six parcels for single-family <br />residential use, ranging in size from approximately <br />19,000 square feet to approximately 43,000 square feet, <br />located at 2982 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 22, 1987, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the rezoning and <br />development plan approval affecting this site. <br />Subdivision of the property was included within the <br />scope of that environmental document. Therefore, no <br />environmental document. accompanies this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />tentative map is in conformance with the approved <br />development plan and zoning for this site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed tentative map <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Kristen Lamb to subdivide <br />an approximately 4.7 acre site into six parcels for <br />single-family residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 19,000 square feet to approximately 43,000 <br />square feet located at 2982 Foothill Road subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />made part of this case. by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
