PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-88 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5812, APPLICATION OF KRISTEN LAMB FOR A SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Kristen Lamb has applied to subdivide an approximately 4.7 acre site into six parcels for single-family residential use, ranging in size from approximately 19,000 square feet to approximately 43,000 square feet, located at 2982 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 22, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the rezoning and development plan approval affecting this site. Subdivision of the property was included within the scope of that environmental document. Therefore, no environmental document. accompanies this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the approved development plan and zoning for this site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed tentative map to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Kristen Lamb to subdivide an approximately 4.7 acre site into six parcels for single-family residential use, ranging in size from approximately 19,000 square feet to approximately 43,000 square feet located at 2982 Foothill Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case. by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. - 1 -
