PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-90 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TAE APPLICATION OF <br />ROBERT SERREY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-87-7 <br />WHEREAS, Robert Berkey and Berkey Motors have applied for Planned <br />Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for construction of an approximately 40,800 square feet <br />automobile sales/service facility to be located on an <br />approximately 5.0 acre site located at 4350 Rosewood <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CC (Central Commercial) <br />District. <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 22, 1987, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-87-7 after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the rezoning and <br />development plan proposed are consistent with the <br />General Plan and the purposes of the PUD District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the application of <br />Robert Berkey and Berkey Motors for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br />construction of an approximately 40,800 square feet <br />automobile sales/service facility to be located on an <br />approximately 5.0 acre site located at 4350 Rosewood <br />Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
