CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-02 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM ROBERT MOLINARO AND <br /> CAROL E. MOLINARO FOR STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER <br /> PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from <br /> Robert Molinaro and Carol E. Molinaro to the City of <br /> Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, for purposes of <br /> storm drainage and sanitary sewer installation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Acting Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant of Easement from Robert Molinaro and Carol <br /> E. Molinaro to the City of Pleasanton for purposes of a <br /> storm drainage and sanitary sewer easement is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> oEs: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> C.
