PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-109 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5791, APPLICATION OF <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE (FOR THE NORTHERN GROUP) <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance of America (for the Northern Group) <br />has applied to subdivide an approximately 14.7 acre site <br />into 354 units for residential condominium purposes and <br />one parcel under common ownership located at the <br />southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive <br />and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 14, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the <br />approved PUD zoning and development plan for the site; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map conforms to the General Plali <br />of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was adopted for the PUD zoning <br />and development plan approval for the subject property. <br />The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions <br />of that development plan and subdivision of the property <br />was included within the scope of that Negative <br />Declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TFIE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5791, the application of Prudential <br />Insurance Company of America to subdivide an <br />approximately 14.7 acre site into 354 units for <br />residential condominium purposes and one parcel under <br />common ownership located at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Tract Diap 5791 on file with the Planning <br />Department, except: <br />2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5791 is <br />subject to all conditions contained in the report <br />- 1 - <br />
