PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-112 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5821, STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corp. has applied to subdivide an approximately 13.4 acre site into 104 parcels for residential townhouse purposes and into eight parcels under common ownership located at the southwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Springdale Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 28, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the PUD zoning and development plan for the subject site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed tentative map conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning and development approval for the subject property. The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions of that development plan and subdivision of the property was included within the scope of that negative declaration. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Tract 5821, application of Stoneson Development Corp. as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Tract Map 5821 on file with the Planning Director except as modified by the following conditions. 2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5821 is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated October 28, 1987, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. - 1 -
