PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-112 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5821, STONESON DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corp. has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 13.4 acre site into 104 parcels for <br />residential townhouse purposes and into eight parcels <br />under common ownership located at the southwest corner <br />of Stoneridge Drive and Springdale Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 28, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed tentative map <br />is in conformance with the PUD zoning and development <br />plan for the subject site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed tentative map <br />conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning <br />and development approval for the subject property. The <br />tentative map is in conformance with the conditions of <br />that development plan and subdivision of the property <br />was included within the scope of that negative <br />declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5821, application of Stoneson <br />Development Corp. as herein described subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Tract Map 5821 on file with the Planning <br />Director except as modified by the following <br />conditions. <br />2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5821 is <br />subject to all conditions contained in the report <br />from the City Engineer dated October 28, 1987, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />- 1 - <br />
