PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-116 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-40D, <br />PLEASANTON COMMUNITY PARTNERS/AMERICAN COMMUNITY CENTERS <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Community Partners/American Community Centers <br />has applied for design review approval to construct a <br />single story, approximately 18,400 square foot office <br />building to be located on an approximately 2.3 acre site <br />located at the southeast corner of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial, Commercial, and offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 28, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all relevant <br />exhibits, public testimony, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park, and a project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR. No <br />further environmental documents were, therefore, <br />considered with this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-40D as herein <br />described subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Micheletti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: October 28, 1987 <br />- 1 - <br />
