PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-120 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-25, APPLICATION OF KAMP, KRAL, AND CROUCH WHEREAS, Kamp, Kral, and Crouch have applied for development plan approval for a four-parcel, single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 Mohr Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 24, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted at the time of the site's rezoning which anticipated this level and type of development; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposed development to be in conformance with the PUD zoning for the subject site as well as the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-25, the application of Kamp, Kral, Crouch for development plan approval for a 4-lot single-family residential development located at 3775 Mohr Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part hereof by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
