PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-120 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-25, <br />APPLICATION OF KAMP, KRAL, AND CROUCH <br />WHEREAS, Kamp, Kral, and Crouch have applied for development plan <br />approval for a four-parcel, single-family residential <br />development to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre <br />site at 3775 Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of <br />November 24, 1987, the Planning Commission considered <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted at the time of the <br />site's rezoning which anticipated this level and type of <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposed development <br />to be in conformance with the PUD zoning for the subject <br />site as well as the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-25, the <br />application of Kamp, Kral, Crouch for development plan <br />approval for a 4-lot single-family residential <br />development located at 3775 Mohr Avenue subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />made part hereof by reference. <br />Section 2.
