PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-121 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TRACT 5835, AMADOR SAVINGS/BERATLIS WHEREAS, Amador Savings/Beratlis have applied to subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots located on the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 24, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Tract 5835; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 8, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 24, 1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed subdivision would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves application Beraltis to 64 resident Road at the Court. the Negative Declaration for Tract 5835, of Amador Valley Savings and Loan/Chris subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into ial lots located on the north side of Crellin intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. - 1 -
