PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-121 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR TRACT 5835, AMADOR SAVINGS/BERATLIS <br />WHEREAS, Amador Savings/Beratlis have applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots <br />located on the north side of Crellin Road at the <br />intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 24, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Tract 5835; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 8, 1987 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 24, 1987 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed <br />subdivision would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves <br />application <br />Beraltis to <br />64 resident <br />Road at the <br />Court. <br />the Negative Declaration for Tract 5835, <br />of Amador Valley Savings and Loan/Chris <br />subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into <br />ial lots located on the north side of Crellin <br />intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
