CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-200 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF KENNETH COWIN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 4, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a claim <br /> filed on behalf of Kenneth Cowin for damages incurred on <br /> January 23, 1987 arising from an automobile accident; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 19, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim and <br /> determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Kenneth Cowin is hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 19, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~.~..,, <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K'ENN~TH R.
