PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-126 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT RESOLUTION SELECTING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WITHIN <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA AND APPROVING A <br />PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT <br />AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for selection of the <br />boundaries of the Downtown Pleasanton Community <br />development Project and to approve a Preliminary Plan <br />for the development of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 24, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. adopts the draft resolution attached hereto, Exhibit <br />"A", selecting the boundaries of the downtown <br />redevelopment project within the redevelopment survey <br />area and approving a preliminary plan for the <br />redevelopment of the project area. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 24, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~ <br />Brian W.
