PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-127 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TIOGA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-15-5D WHEREAS, Tioga Construction Corp. has applied for Planned Unit development rezoning and development plan approval for an approximately 30,150 square feet mixed-use commercial complex to be located on an approximately 3.63 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive; and WHEREAS zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 24, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-80-15-5D; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 2, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 24, 1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed development would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval. of the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-80-15-5D, application of Tioga Construction Corporation for Planned Unit development rezoning and development plan approval for an approximately 30,150 sq. ft, mixed-use commercial complex to be located on an approximately 33.63 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive. - 1 -
