Approves Case UP-87-52, application of Prudential <br />Insurance Company of America for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a delicatessen at 3825 Hopyard Road <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant apply for and be issued all <br />appropriate City building permits. <br />2. That the applicant must apply for and be issued <br />approval for any signs desired for the site. <br />3. That the applicant will maintain the delicatessen <br />use in a litter-free manner at all times. <br />Section 2.
