PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-.133 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR RZ-87-11 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approxiamtely 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional Park to the CS (Commercial Service) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 9, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-87-11; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 18, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held December 9, 1987, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for RZ-87-11, application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 10.8 acre site located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard immediately west of Shadow Cliffs Regional Park to the CS (Commercial Service) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. - 1 -
