Resolution No. PC-87-38 <br />April 8, 1987 <br />24. That the developer shall install a crossing of <br />Dublin Creek at the location of the private <br />entrance drive. This crossing shall be' designed <br />and installed to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and shall meet the requirements of the <br />Alameda County Flood Control - Zone 7. <br />25. That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />an made part of this case by reference, except <br />Conditions 23 and 25. <br />Section 2.
