PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-37 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-87-4, FERRERI MATTESON <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson have applied for <br />development plan approval for a 264-unit residential <br />condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 <br />acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon <br />Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection <br />of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 8, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-87-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning C <br />Initial Study, <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed <br />which time the <br />comment on the <br />and <br />~mmission has received and reviewed the <br />and received the recommendations of the <br />public hearing was held April 8, 1987 at <br />public was given the opportunity to <br />environmental impacts of the proposed ; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-87-4, application of <br />Ferreri/Matteson for development plan approval for a <br />264-unit residential condominium complex to be located <br />on an approximately 23 acre site on the north side of <br />Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of <br />the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon <br />Road. <br />- 1 - <br />
