Resolution No. PC-87-O1 <br />January 14, 1987 <br />The existing contractor's office and equipment <br />storage yard complies with all applicable <br />provisions of Title 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code. <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-56, application of Foster <br />Excavating, Inc. as herein described subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this use permit extension is granted to allow <br />the use of the property located at 3932 Old Santa <br />Rita Road only as a contractor's storage yard and a <br />contractor's rental facility. <br />2. That Case UP-86-56 is granted for a period of two <br />years from March 28, 1987 at which time it will be <br />necessary for the applicant to apply for a new use <br />permit if he wishes to continue with the use. <br />3. That all equipment shall be screened from view from <br />all public streets at all times. <br />4. That the property owner dedicate to the City for a <br />street right-of-way purposes a three foot wide <br />parcel to accommodate the eventual 5' wide sidewalk <br />and an 8' wide PSE as measured from the back of the <br />eventual sidewalk. <br />5. That when required by the City Engineer, the <br />property owner shall install the necessary sidewalk <br />as required by the City Engineer. <br />6. That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />7. That the street number of the property shall be <br />posted so as to be easily seen from the street at <br />all times day and night. <br />8. That all trash and refuse shall be contained <br />completely within enclosed structures. <br />9. That if any signing for the subject property is <br />desired a comprehensive signing program shall be <br />submitted to the City for consideration under <br />separate application. <br />l0. That the site shall comply with all applicable <br />requirements of the Fire and Building Codes. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective fifteen (15) <br />days after its passage and adoption. <br />- 2 - <br />
