Resolution No. PC-87-O1 January 14, 1987 The existing contractor's office and equipment storage yard complies with all applicable provisions of Title 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-56, application of Foster Excavating, Inc. as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit extension is granted to allow the use of the property located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road only as a contractor's storage yard and a contractor's rental facility. 2. That Case UP-86-56 is granted for a period of two years from March 28, 1987 at which time it will be necessary for the applicant to apply for a new use permit if he wishes to continue with the use. 3. That all equipment shall be screened from view from all public streets at all times. 4. That the property owner dedicate to the City for a street right-of-way purposes a three foot wide parcel to accommodate the eventual 5' wide sidewalk and an 8' wide PSE as measured from the back of the eventual sidewalk. 5. That when required by the City Engineer, the property owner shall install the necessary sidewalk as required by the City Engineer. 6. That the development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code. 7. That the street number of the property shall be posted so as to be easily seen from the street at all times day and night. 8. That all trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosed structures. 9. That if any signing for the subject property is desired a comprehensive signing program shall be submitted to the City for consideration under separate application. l0. That the site shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Fire and Building Codes. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective fifteen (15) days after its passage and adoption. - 2 -
