RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-04 Planning Commission January 14, 1987 final landscape plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. c. That the perimeter fencing be painted tan ("Warm Tone") to match the color of the stucco walls in front of the building. 2. That the monument sign be redesigned to conform to the Koll Center Design Guidelines. The monument sign may be approved administratively by the Planning Director. 3. That the applicant submit a lighting plan for the play area. The plan shall be subject to approval of the Planning Director. 4. That samples of the actual roof material be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director. 5. That the design and dimensions of the play structures shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director. 6. The on-site water and sewer systems shall be revised and designed to meet City standards. The site development plan shall be submitted to Engineering Services for review at the time of building permit submittals. 7. The proposed common driveway along the east property line shall be widened to 30', be realigned within the 33' PSE to be perpendicular to Koll Center Parkway, shall be designed as a street type opening, and shall be constructed to its full width. 8. A pedestrian sidewalk connection shall be installed from the existing sidewalk within the 33' PSE to this development. 9. That this project shall be subject to all Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, except Conditions 12, 25, 29, 33, 46, and 48. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
