Resolution No. PC-87-07 <br />January 28, 1987 <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />approved at the January 28, 1987 meeting of the Design <br />Review Board. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Approves Case UP-87-1, application of C. Jerry <br />Hinkston for a conditional use permit to operate an <br />automobile sales and rental facility to be located on an <br />approximately 0.85 acre site located on the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of Old Santa Rita Road and <br />Rosewood Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That approval of this use permit shall be subject <br />to all conditions imposed on Case Z-87-1. <br />2. That this use permit is granted to allow a <br />rental/sales automobile facility on the subject 0.8 <br />acre site only. <br />3. That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />4. That at no time shall any service operation or <br />mechanical maintenance of vehicles take place on <br />the site, other than washing and cleaning. <br />5. That no banners, pennants, or attraction getting <br />devices (balloons, search lights, etc.) shall be <br />allowed on the site in conjunction with the <br />operation at any time. <br />6. That at no time shall thee be the storage of <br />wrecked or inoperative vehicles on-site. <br />7. That the entire site shall be maintained in a clean <br />and orderly manner at all times. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JANUARY 28, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 28, 1987 <br />- 2 - <br />
