PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-10 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-87-O1, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 3.6 acre site located on both sides of Old <br />Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 3,000 feet west of the <br />intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road <br />to the "A" (Agricultural) District or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved annexation of two lots, <br />the 1.9 acre Otto parcel and the 1.7 acre Lewis parcel <br />to the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 28, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case RZ-87-1 after considering all <br />public input, exhibits and staff recommendations <br />concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found "A" (Agricultural) Zoning <br />District to be consistent with the General Plan for the <br />subject project site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends the 1.9 acre Otto parcel and the 1.7 Lewis <br />parcel located adjacent to dublin Canyon Road to be <br />prezoned to the "A" (Agricultural) District. <br />- 1 - <br />
