PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-11 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-16-2M, APPLICATION OF HSC WHEREAS, HSC has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 39 unit single-family residential project to allow for an increase to a 48 unit project, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density and Rural Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 11, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-82-16-2M; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study prepared for this proposal and received the recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 211, 1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment.
