PC-87-13 <br />2/25/87 <br />Page 2 <br />That a street tree plan for the Mohr Avenue <br />frontage of Lot 1 be approved by the Planning <br />Director, prior to the recordation of the final <br />map. <br />That the full width and length of Nicole Avenue, as <br />shown on Tentative Maps 5746 and 5736, be <br />constructed with this project; the developer shall <br />be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost <br />of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5746 <br />files a final map. <br />6. That the developer shall construct, to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, the extension of <br />Nicole Avenue westward to Equestrian Drive in <br />conjunction with this project. The developer shall <br />be eligible for reimbursement for one-half the cost <br />of the road at the time the developer of Tract 5746 <br />files a final map. This condition could also be <br />satisfied if revised improvement plans for Tract <br />5446 detailing the street extension from Equestrian <br />Drive to the western terminus of Nicole Avenue are <br />received and approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />the filing of a final map on Tract 5736. <br />7. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
