Resolution N0. PC-87-14 <br />2/25/87 <br />In the event that permanent structured pavement is <br />required, the future development on both sides of <br />Mohr Avenue, shall be conditioned to make <br />reimbursement for this item at the time of their <br />development. Reimbursement received will be <br />divided equally between the developers of Tract <br />5736 and 5746." <br />36. The developer shall make a payment in the amount of $655.20 <br />(7 x $93.60/Lot) to the City as required reimbursement for <br />the "Mohr-Martin Sewer Benefit District." (Payment made <br />after 1987 will require additional interest) <br />37. The developer shall make a payment in the amount of $319.96 <br />to the City as required reimbursement for the "Traffic <br />Signal Installation" at Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge <br />Drive. [(7 divided by 1788)($81,727.03)]. <br />38. This development shall participate in the "Master Private <br />Roadway Maintenance" agreement. Participation shall be <br />effected by the developer(s) prior to City Council approval <br />of the final map for this Tract. <br />49. A public service easement (P.S.E.) shall be created over the <br />Nicole Avenue right-of-way area. <br />40. The developer shall select a tract name for this development <br />and have it approved by the Planning Department prior to the <br />submittal of a final map. <br />pc8714/sm <br />(as revised at the February 25, 1987 Planning Commission meeting) <br />
