Resolution No. PC-87-16 <br />February 25, 1987 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposals would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />Cases GP-87-1 and PUD-85-20-1M as herein described. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 15, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Absent <br />ABSTAIN: Abstain <br />ATTEST: , <br />L y, C airm <br />Brian W.
