Resolution No. PC-87-18 <br />February 25, 1987 <br />5. That the applicant shall record a separate access <br />easement across the vacant commercial/office parcel <br />in conjunction with the tentative map for the <br />condominium project. <br />6. That the applicant shall record the necessary lot <br />line adjustment consolidating the parking area <br />(approximately 3800 sq. ft.) with the adjacent <br />residential site to the north prior to the <br />tentative map. <br />7. That the applicant install the necessary curb <br />barriers along both sides of the access driveway to <br />prohibit vehicular access or parking within the <br />remaining portions of the vacant lot to the <br />satisfaction of the Planning Director and City <br />Engineer. <br />8. That the applicant be responsible for planting the <br />remaining areas of the vacant commercial/office <br />parcel with lawn. The irrigation and maintenance <br />of this area shall be the responsibility of the <br />property owner of the remnant commercial/office <br />parcel. <br />9. That the trash enclosure area, to be constructed <br />for the 12 unit residential project, be relocated <br />to an appropriate location within the area of the <br />new parking area. <br />10. That the applicant shall record the final map for <br />condominium purposes prior to occupancy of the <br />residential units. <br />11.
