PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-19 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-86-19 AND PUD-86-20, <br />APPLICATIONS OF GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES/CALDWELL/RICCIO <br />WHEREAS, Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell (PUD-86-19 <br />Arroyo Village II) have applied for development plan <br />approval for a 17 unit residential project to be located <br />on an approximately two acre site, located at 3745 <br />Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, Gooch and Associates and Sylvia Riccio (PUD-86-20 Arroyo <br />Village III) have applied for development plan approval <br />for 36 unit residential project to be located on a 3.7 <br />acre site located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 11, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered the initial study, <br />staff recommendations, pertinent exhibits, and public <br />testimony concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found concerns regarding these <br />projects relative to traffic and density. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Cases PUD-86-19 and PUD-86-20, applications <br />for development plan approval as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, and Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioner Berger, and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 11, 1987 <br />- 1 - <br />
