PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-22 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-87-1, <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Lamb has applied to rezone from R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District and <br />for development plan approval for an eight-parcel <br />single-family residential development ranging in size <br />from approximately 22,000 sq. ft. to approximately <br />28,400 sq. ft., to be located on an approximately 4.7 <br />acre site, located at 2982 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 11, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-87-1; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study for this project, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 11, 1987 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />PUD-87-1, application of Kristen Lamb as herein <br />described. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
