PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2510 <br />A RESOLIJ'f10N OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CI'T'Y OF FLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />THE APPI.ICAITON OF CHANG SU-0 LIN FOR ZONING AND <br />DEVELOFMEIJT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-84-5 <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin has applied for rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a 224 unit residential development <br />on an approximately 230 acre site located generally <br />in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal <br />Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential/Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of a mitigated .negative declaration prepared for this <br />project after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development <br />' plan approval to be in conformance with the approved <br />zoning for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLO4TING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-5 for a 216 unit <br />residential development proposed for the 230 acre <br />site located generally in the area south of the southern <br />terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux <br />Street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption.. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT01` <br />ON THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1984 BY THE FOLLOIJING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 8, 1984 <br />
