PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-29 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-87-3, TRAMMELL CROW <br />WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company and Callahan, Sweeney, and O'Brien <br />have applied for development plan approval for a <br />212-unit apartment complex, to be located on an <br />approximately 7.6 acre site located in the area bounded <br />by Owens Drive, West Las Positas Boulevard, the <br />abandoned Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br />railroad right-of-way, and Tassajara Creek. <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 25, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-87-3; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning C <br />Initial Study, <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed <br />which time the <br />comment on the <br />and <br />~mmission has received and reviewed the <br />and received the recommendations of the <br />public hearing was held March 25, 1987 at <br />public was given the opportunity to <br />environmental impacts of the proposed ; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Company and Callahan, Sweeney, and O'Brien for <br />development plan approval for a 212-unit apartment <br />complex, to be located on an approximately 7.6 acre site <br />located in the area bounded by Owens Drive, West Las <br />Positas Boulevard, the abandoned Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company railroad right-of-way, and <br />Tassajara Creek. <br />_ Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-87-3 application of Trammell Crow <br />- 1 - <br />
