Resolution No. PC-87-30 <br />March 25, 1987 <br />needed, of the existing bus stop located on <br />Owens Drive. <br />That the developer reconfigure, to the <br />specifications of the City Engineer, that <br />portion of the "worm divider" on Owens Drive <br />designed to provide access to the subject site <br />so that the access is closed off. <br />That the developer install and maintain <br />landscaping in the median islands along the <br />subject site's frontage on Owens Drive. Said <br />landscaping shall be approved by the Planning <br />Director prior to installation and shall be of <br />the same design as that planned for street <br />medians immediately to the north on Owens <br />Drive. <br />That the developer install landscaping in the <br />remaining unlandscaped portion of the 33 ft. <br />wide landscaped easement on West Las Positas <br />Boulevard to the west of the subject site, <br />between the subject site and Site 25B of <br />Hacienda Business Park. Said landscaping <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director <br />prior to installation and shall be of the same <br />design as landscaping in said easement <br />immediately to the east. <br />10. That the doors of the water heater/utility <br />rooms be redesigned to include additional <br />panels and/or detailing. <br />11. That the applicants be responsible for their <br />pro rata share of the necessary street <br />improvements at the intersection of Santa Rita <br />Road and Pimlico Drive as determined by the <br />City Engineer. <br />12. That the developer pay its pro rata share of <br />the cost to install a traffic signal, as <br />determined by the City Engineer, at the <br />intersection of Owens Drive and Andrew Drive, <br />prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />13. Developer shall arrange to provide temporary <br />parking for a Pacific Bell service vehicle <br />adjacent to the existing "P.T.&T." vault near <br />the northeast corner of Building 9 to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />14. The water system (domestic and fire) proposed <br />for this development shall be revised to meet <br />City Standards. <br />- 3 - <br />
