MEMORANDUM <br />Report Date 3-20-87 <br />Meeting Date 3-25-87 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5772, A two lot tentative map for condominium <br />purposes, Marment. <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />4. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plans and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development of Parcel 2. <br />6. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City prior <br />to approval of the final map at the rate then in effect and for <br />the total number of lots in the final map, unless this <br />requirement has been otherwise satisfied. <br />7. That any existing assessment district, which the property may be <br />subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the final map or <br />the developer will cause a segregation to be completed in <br />conjunction with the final map. <br />
