PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-33 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-86-12, PONDEROSA HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for development plan <br />approval for a 111 unit single family residential <br />development to be located on an approximately 13.4 acre <br />site located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, <br />Via De Los Cerros, and Camino Segura; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 25, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-86-12; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning C <br />Initial Study, <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed <br />which time the <br />comment on the <br />and <br />~mmission has received and reviewed the <br />and received the recommendations of the <br />public hearing was held March 25, 1987 at <br />public was given the opportunity to <br />environmental impacts of the proposed ; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section <br />1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-86-11, application of Ponderosa <br />Homes for development plan approval for a 111 unit <br />single family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 13.4 acre site located in the area <br />bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Via De Los Cerros. <br />- 1 - <br />
