PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-39 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR RIDGEWOOD <br />CONSTRUCTION CO. AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-87-5 <br />WHEREAS, Ridgewood Construction Company has applied for a <br />conditional use permit to establish a model home sales <br />complex to be located at the intersection of E1 Capitan <br />Drive and Whitney Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 8, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found several unresolved issues <br />with respect to this application after considering <br />public testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case UP-87-5, application of Ridgewood <br />Construction Company for a conditional use permit to <br />establish a model home sales complex to be located at <br />the intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Whitney Drive. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF APRIL 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 8, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />- 1 - <br />
