PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-40 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-30-39D, APPLICATION OF THE NORTHERN GROUP WHEREAS, the Northern Group has applied for development plan approval to construct a 354 unit apartment complex on a 14.7 acre site located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Stoneridge Drive; a»d WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) High Density Residential; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 8, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-81-30-39D; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held April 8, 1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-81-30-39D, application of the Northern Group for development plan approval to construct a 354 unit apartment complex on a 14.7 acre site located on the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Stoneridge Drive. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. - 1 -
