MEMORANDUM <br />Report Date 4-2z~-b? <br />Meeting Date ____ <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5775 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton. (PUD-81-22-1M) <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for <br />all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. <br />5. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />6. That detailed grading and drainage plans and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />7. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public streets be <br />set at 1.0% unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than 1.0% down to 0.5$ shall require special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and controlled flow <br />testing. <br />8. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record <br />within the development unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />
